  Simply enter your order number and your email address below to see your order status or EMAIL us for an order update if available. For quickest response to your email, only include your Online Supply Order ID Number and your full name in your email.
  
  - You need not send a copy of your order.
  
  - You need not list all of the items you purchased.
  
  - You need not send a copy of your PayPal receipt which does Not contain the needed Online Supply Order ID Number.
  
  - You need not tell us that you paid for your order since you paid by PayPal. We are well aware that PayPal chooses to charge you when the order is placed.
  
  - You need not send your email several times in one session to one or more of our email addresses. This just serves to slow your response because we have to sort through your emails for all our email addresses to see which could be duplicates. To attempt to answer all received emails from all customers, all of your emails are answered. This, again, slows processing of orders for you and for all other customers.
  
  - You need not send an email inquiry regarding when your order will arrive within a day or two of placing your order. Again, this just serves to slow processing of orders for you and for all other customers. Your order will ship in the order it was received. Be aware, your order is probably not the only order we are processing in our system.
  
  Save yourself time by just providing your Online Supply Order ID Number and your full name.
  Remember to set your SPAM filters to allow our Emails.
  
  While we attempt to answer every single email and phone call of the hundreds received every week, it is sometimes impossible to answer every individual inquiry while also trying to process and ship orders to waiting customers.
  
  Due to the high volume of phone calls received, Emails are your best mode of contact. If you decide to call and are referred to our call processing system, please be sure to leave a message with your name, Order Id Number, the information you require, your Email address, and a contact phone number. We don't know who you are or what you want unless you leave a message!

The following information was read on the Terms and Conditions page at Checkout Order Processing Time A large portion of our time is being spent answering Email and phone questions regarding the status of a particular order. This has significantly slowed order processing. With hundreds of individual sizes offered in our store, it is impossible to keep every single size of every product in stock all the time. Depending on the backlog of orders, your order, if in stock, could be processed and shipped sometimes sooner than ten days. If any piece in your order is not in stock, the item(s) will be ordered from our supplier and could add ten to fourteen days to delivery time. If the factory is out of stock, they will have to make more and ship the item to us upon completion. This process could take thirty days, more or less. All of these times are estimates because garment manufacturing is far from a perfect or exact science. We do not control the manufacturers or the manufacturing process. We appreciate your business and would ask for your patience while we assemble your order. You will be receiving some of the finest products available on the market today. Express Shipping and Your Order Just because you select "Express Shipping" doesn't always mean your order will leave our facility the day you order the item.
