Terms and Conditions



1) If you paid by credit card through our webstore, we already know you paid through PayPal®.

** It is PayPal's policy, not ours, to charge your credit card when the order is placed

ONCE A PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, SHIPPING FEES, HANDLING FEE, AND ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES INCURRED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE !

SHIPPING FEES ARE PAID WITH YOUR COLLECTED FUNDS TO A FREIGHT CARRIER. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, THE FREIGHT CARRIER TAKES YOUR FUNDS FROM US TO COVER THEIR TRANSPORT COST. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR FUNDS BACK TO US FOR THIS TRANSPORT COST SO WE NO LONGER HAVE YOUR SHIPPING FUNDS TO RETURN TO YOU.

If a package is returned for any reason other than by freight carrier error, the freight carrier does not refund these funds to us. If the freight carrier proves to be at fault and they refund these fees to us then we will cheerfully refund these shipping fees to you.

USPS and UPS, as of 2007, is charging for the return of refused and undeliverable packages. This return Shipping Charge is borne by the Buyer that refused the package or, did not receive the package through no fault of the freight carrier, and is also NOT refundable.

ake sure you provide your correct full address. UPS will charge YOU an additional delivery fee if they cannot deliver to the address you provide and have to look up your correct full address.

Handling/PayPal® Processing Fee

A nonrefundable $2.50 fee is charged to each order. This fee provides for PayPal® system processing charges, administrative processing, and shipping supplies.

Discounts

2% discount for purchases of $500 to $1,999.99
4% discount for purchases of $2,000 or more

Discount is automatically processed in your CART at checkout.

Order Processing Time

A large portion of our time is being spent answering Email and phone questions regarding the status of a particular order. This has significantly slowed order processing.

With hundreds of individual sizes offered in our store, it is impossible to keep every single size of every product in stock all the time.

Depending on the backlog of orders, your order, if in stock, could be processed and shipped sometimes sooner than ten days. If any piece in your order is not in stock, the item(s) will be ordered from our supplier and could add ten to fourteen days to delivery time. If the factory is out of stock, they will have to make more and ship the item to us upon completion. This process could take thirty days, more or less, directly depending on the supplier/manufacturer.

All of these times are estimates because garment manufacturing is far from a perfect or exact science. We do not control the manufacturers or the manufacturing process.

We appreciate your business and would ask for your patience while we assemble your order. You will be receiving some of the finest products available on the market today.

Express Shipping and Your Order

Just because you select "Express Shipping" doesn't always mean your order will leave our facility the day you order the item. Not all product sizes are always in stock so you may have to wait until that item is received from our supplier's warehouse.

Backorders

With hundreds of individual sizes offered in our store, it is impossible to keep every single size of every product in stock all the time. Backorders can, unfortunately, occur when we run out of stock of any particular item(s) due to an unexpected high demand for that item(s).  We will make every effort to get that Backordered item(s) from the manufacturer as quickly as possible. A Backorder situation can also arise when the manufacturer unexpectedly runs out of a particular item(s). If this occurs, we all will have to wait until the manufacturer makes more available. This process can take thirty days, more or less, directly depending on the supplier/manufacturer.

All of these times are estimates because garment manufacturing is far from a perfect or exact science. We do not control the manufacturers or the manufacturing process.

Your Backorder will be help open until the item(s) has been shipped to you. You always have the option of cancelling and reordering at a later date. Realize however, cancelling puts you at the back of the line for this item(s).

If your order includes "in stock" items and "backordered item(s)", it should only be 10 days or less before that item(s) is back in stock if the factory warehouse has it in stock. Your order will be held and shipped complete when the backordered items(s) arrive at our warehouse.

Any backordered item may be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). It is usually quicker for us to process a single order and get it on it's way by using USPS.

Shipping



Shipping rates are set to your order total. That order total tells us how many items are in the order which tells us the estimated weight of your order. This estimated weight is cross referenced against the shipping fee charts of UPS and USPS to determine the fee charged to your package. While this is not exact, this is the only way to figure shipping fees because our current internet host, unfortunately, is not capable of real time connections with UPS and USPS for exact shipping fees. The rates charged are estimates and are not always the rate you might see listed on a box sent through the USPS. Since we cannot connect directly with the USPS system, an estimate is used for your shipping fee. That estimate could sometimes be higher or lower than what shows on the shipped box because there is an almost endless combination of weights and locations which produces an endless list of shipping fees. Every effort is made to make our estimate as close as possible but it will always vary to some extent.

A shipping estimator automatically appears in your CART after you make your selection and the item is placed in the CART. Select your state, and or country, and press the update button to see your shipping fee. By ordering, you accept the shipping fees incurred.

Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible upon verified payment. Shipping carriers used are UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping fees include insurance coverage. Once your package leaves our facility, UPS or USPS is responsible for delivery. APO/FPO and other overseas Military orders require special handling and will be shipped by USPS®.

Any backordered item may be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). It is usually quicker for us to process a single order and get it on it's way by using USPS.

USPS (United States Postal Service) international orders are most often shipped "Express Mail".

USPS and UPS, as of 08 Jan 07, charge return shipping fees to return any package not accepted by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by UPS or USPS. Return shipping fees incurred to return the package to us are charged to the Buyer.

Any shipment claimed as "lost" will be investigated by the freight carrier. A replacement package will be shipped only after the claim has closed with the replacement cost being received. A replacement package would not be shipped if the original package is found and delivered.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Please contact us via email before initiating a credit card chargeback. We will be happy to give you a refund for your purchase per our refund guidelines.

If a chargeback is completed, a $20 non-refundable processing fee, plus shipping fees paid to a shipper to ship the package to and back from the customer on a refused package, will be assessed to the customer even if it was an unauthorized use of the card. Part of the processing fee covers the chargeback fee charged by your bank to PayPal who then passes that fee onto us. The remainder of the processing fee covers our own administrative time taken to handle the chargeback.

Credit card payments by any chargeback customer are no longer accepted. Chargeback customers will be required to pay by certified funds for all fees generated by a chargeback and all future orders.

The chargeback customer will be invoiced for these fees upon completion of any chargeback. Unpaid invoices over thirty days will be referred to a collection agency and all credit bureaus will be notified of this delinquent debt. Pay this debt promptly and PROTECT YOUR CREDIT RATING.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Before deciding to cancel an order and asking for a refund for an order that might be taking a while to ship, please email us to see if something can be done to expedite the shipping of some or all of your order. You don't know if you don't ask.

REQUESTING A REFUND: Simply ask for a refund and if the items have not yet shipped or they are returned in unused condition (according to the parameters listed below), the refund is yours.

While we attempt to take special care of each of our valued customers, some customers become quite a customer service challenge and require more time than we have to give. We reserve the right to cancel any order, and refund the money, for any customer at any time.

If you should need to return an order for exchange or credit/refund, please send your package insured. We cannot be help responsible for any return that is lost in transit so, for your safety, insure it! Please note; there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been altered, customized, worn, or washed.

  • Return for exchange or credit/refund within 30 days of invoice date
  • Return in original container unless torn and/or otherwise not securable
  • Return products in re-sellable/new condition with a copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
  • Enclose a brief letter of explanation
  • All returns must be prepaid - No COD’s accepted

DAMAGED SHIPMENT: If you receive packages damaged in shipment, you must file a claim directly with UPS Claim Division or nearest USPS center depending on who was the carrier. Should there be damage of any kind, write "DAMAGED CARTON" on all delivery receipts before signing. Do not discard damaged cartons because you'll need them for inspection purposes.  Damaged merchandise should not be removed from your location until cleared by UPS or USPS. Please follow above instructions to avoid being liable for damaged merchandise.

OTHER FEES: Shipping and handling fees are obviously not refundable because the fees collected have been paid to UPS, USPS, and PayPal for shipping and processing fees incurred to process and ship you your package.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added to purchases shipped within Colorado.

Long Length Sizes Special Order

Long length sizes are not normally carried in our stock however, they can be obtained from our supplier's warehouse. If the size needed is in stock in their warehouse, it could add approximately 10 days to your order's delivery time. If the supplier's warehouse is out of stock, then your order could be delayed as much as thirty days or more waiting for the next production run to be completed. You always have the option of cancelling your and re-ordering at a later time however, you would lose your priority spot in the order stack.

Special Order and Custom Made Uniforms

A wide variety of already assembled uniforms can be ordered from our supplier on a Special Order basis.

* Sorry, custom sewing one, two, or even twenty uniforms at a time, like a tailor shop, is just not possible. Uniforms are assembled in large sewing factories using mass-production techniques. Mass-producing quality uniforms is a very expensive undertaking that can cost $100,000, or more, to manufacture just one colorway. The print factories require a minimum of 10,000 yards of fabric to be printed to make it worth their time to stop their machines to set up for your very small minimum 10,000-yard print run.

 Special Order requirements for already assembled uniform products are:

  • Minimum order is $200 (applies to already assembled uniform products)
  • Pre-payment required to place order
  • All S/O items are non-returnable (unless mfg defect) since we cannot return these goods to our supplier without penalty to us

Please
contact us if you want to discuss Special Ordering or Custom Making any uniform style or accessory. For any custom made order - 500 set minimum if fabric is available or 2500 set minimum if fabric has to be printed.

Our original "ADVISOR" style uniform can be Custom Made ONLY by purchasing a minimum production run of 500 sets with a minimum of 25 pieces per size. You are also required to purchase the entire special order print run of fabric (min. 10,000 yards) or just have a minimum of 2500 sets Custom Made.

These minimums also apply to using ANY of our camouflage patterns made into any uniform style including the ACU (Army Combat Uniform) design.

Privacy Policy

Simple, we won't sell, trade, or give any personal information to anybody, period. Of course, we will aid in official law enforcement requests that could aid in investigations such as Credit Card fraud. For your security, the IP number of the individual placing each order is collected which could be used in Credit Card fraud investigation.

Misprints

Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we are not liable for errors or omissions.

Changes

Due to the volatile and dynamic nature of the textile industry; prices, design specifications, discounts, and these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Miscellaneous
