Return Policy

Tiger Stripe Products (TSP) honors a 30-day return period on all TRU-SPEC® products purchased only from this TSP website. You may return any unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise to the TSP offices within 30 days upon the receipt of your product.

Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from receipt of goods for refunds to appear on your account.

Postage refunds are not possible when due to personal tastes or sizing issues. In the event that the style being returned for exchange is no longer available, a product of equal value may be requested.

NOTE: Products returned that have been washed or altered will be returned to the customer and return postage charged to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. No further action will be possible. If any part of an order that used the “OVER175” free shipping discount is returned, the regular shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

* Return your unused items directly to TSP if your items do not fit or you simply do not want the items. Also, return your unused items to TSP if you want to exchange the items.

Exchanges

TSP honors a 30-day exchange period on all TRU-SPEC® products purchased from this TSP website that are unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. You will be notified upon shipping or notified if exchange items are temporarily out of stock. Please be sure to include a note inside the package with all of your contact information. Please include all tags and any original product bag.

Manufacturer defects & packing errors

These items will be returned directly to TRU-SPEC® factory warehouse.

Please notify us immediately of a defect or packing error so we can get you an RMA number from TRU-SPEC®. TRU-SPEC® will not accept any returns without this RMA number.

Please follow the garments washing and handling instructions carefully as TRU-SPEC® will not approve returns due to damages caused by improper handling or misuse of their products or from normal wear and tear.

If a packing error occurred, returned garment(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags and any original product bag.

TSP will provide a prepaid mailing label from TRU-SPEC® for your return. Be sure to include a note with the specific reason for the return along with all of your contact information.

Due to the effects of the continuing unsettled global economic conditions, many items could be in-stock however, some could be temporarily out-of-stock.
Restocking of an out-of-stock item can sometimes take 4 to 12 weeks or more.

Unfortunately, the TSP Store is unable to connect directly with the ATLANCO warehouse system for real-time inventories. Being able to put an item into your cart is NO guarantee that that item is available at that moment. You will be securing your spot in line for that item if not immediately available. Factory warehouse inventories fluctuate from day to day.

The credit card processors, STRIPE and PayPal, charge your card at the time of ordering.
TSP has no control over when the card processor, STRIPE and PayPal, charge your card.

Also, TSP does not set the shipping policies for the Atlanco factory warehouse and they do not ship internationally. Try using www.planetexpress.com to forward your package to your international location. Contact Planet Express before purchasing products in the TSP store.
